Taylor Swift might be regretting her decision to attend the Golden Globes over her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s game with the Chiefs against the Chargers on Sunday night.

Swift was in attendance at the prestigious awards ceremony after her movie ‘Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour’ was nominated in the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement category, together with other blockbuster films such as Barbie, Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse, and John Wick: Chapter 4, among others.

The ‘Cruel Summer’ singer’s evening turned sour after she found herself on the receiving end of several jokes from comedian Jo Koy. It’s been reported that Koy wasn’t actually the first-choice host and got the gig after several higher profile names turned it down.

And it’s fair to say he didn’t exactly captivate the audience with his humor. Swift certainly didn’t see the funny side. At one point during the night, the comedian targeted Swift with a joke relating to her new romance with Travis Kelce. “The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL is that at the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift,” he said. The camera then panned round to Swift who looked completely unimpressed, staring angrily back.

Kelce to address moment on New Heights podcast

The joke has generated plenty of responses on social media. There has been much speculation as to whether boyfriend Kelce might speak out in defense of his partner.

The next episode of their New Heights podcast is due to air on Wednesday, and many believe that Kelce will discuss the incident with his brother Jason. It’s unknown whether Kelce was offended by the comments, but given the open nature of his podcast, most believe it will be discussed in one way or another.

🚨 BREAKING: It wasn’t a quiet gathering — it was a surge of voices that quickly drew national attention. Large-scale protests calling for impeachment have erupted in multiple locations, placing renewed political pressure on Donald Trump as demonstrators demand accountability. Notably, organizers framed the events around constitutional process rather than partisan spectacle. While some critics describe the demonstrations as politically motivated, participants insist their concerns center on governance and oversight. Analysts say the scale and coordination of the protests — more than any single slogan — is what has intensified the conversation. This wasn’t just about turnout — it was about momentum. In today’s political climate, sustained public demonstrations often signal broader undercurrents within the electorate. As images circulate and reactions ripple across media platforms, many are watching closely to see whether these protests translate into formal action — or remain a powerful symbolic statement. 👇
