Travis Kelce has arrived back in his home state of Ohio alongside the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs for his Cleveland homecoming on Sunday one day after girlfriend Taylor Swift’s 35th birthday.

The Chiefs play the Browns on Sunday in a game between the NFL’s best team and one of its worst.

Kelce hails from Cleveland Heights, which inspired the name of his podcast, ‘New Heights’, which he hosts with older brother Jason Kelce.

Kelce is wearing a light blue and grey jean combination with a white beanie hat to accompany his black bag, with a lemon-lime Gatorade on top.

Kelce went all out to ensure Swift had an unforgettable birthday on Friday night.

Although she has celebrated getting older in the past with blowout parties in Nashville and New York City with her crew of celebrity friends, the pop star opted to spend the evening with just her boyfriend this year.

However, before their romantic birthday celebrations could begin, the tight end had to show up for team duties.

In a video posted to Instagram by Chiefs owner Clark Hunt’s daughter Gracie, the tight end could be seen on stage in a Santa hat while being celebrated for his charity work away from the NFL field.

Kelce was last week nominated for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award, and on Friday night he was once again demonstrating his work in the local Kansas City community with his appearance at the festive party.

Dressed all in black, but with a festive red hat to top off his look, Kelce walked to the stage and took in the applause of the crowd while team owner Hunt sang his praises.

He consistently uses his platform for good, so it’s my great honor to recognize Travis Kelce,’ Hunt said.

‘Since Travis came to Kansas City 12 years ago, he’s established himself as one of the greatest to ever wear the Chiefs jersey, and one of the greatest tight ends to ever play the game.’

‘But Travis has been equally impressive off the field,’ the owner added, going on to note his work with 87 & Running, and Operation Breakthrough.

Kelce’s appearance at the Chiefs party set tongues wagging about the location of his girlfriend Swift, who had been in the city doing her own charity work earlier in the week.

Many speculated over whether she might have also attended the Christmas party, after spending time earlier in the week visiting sick children in the local hospital.

Such was the privacy at the Chiefs’ event, it is unclear whether she was in attendance, or how long Kelce stayed for after his appearance on stage.

Swift and Kelce have been dating for over a year, with their relationship receiving massive public interest.

The 14-time Grammy Award winner just wrapped up her worldwide ‘Eras Tour’ and seemingly has much more time to attend more of Kelce’s games.

However, it is currently unknown if the pop sensation intends to be in Cleveland for Chiefs-Browns. Swift has not attended one of Kansas City’s road game this season.
