Royal fans praise Princess Kate as ‘perfect’ over act Meghan Markle struggled with
Royal Family fans were full of praise for Princess Kate after a video showed her “perfectly” executing an act that Meghan Markle struggled with.
TikTok users were quick to comment on the compilation of Kate’s curtsying, shared to the @theroyalwatcher2 account.
The video went on to show a moment when the Princess of Wales nearly fell over, with the caption praising her for being able to “style it out like a Queen”.
The traditional curtsying gesture used by the Royal Family is something the Duchess of Sussex previously admitted she found difficult.
During Meghan and Prince Harry’s Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan, Meghan performed the curtsy in an exasperated manner as she discussed coming to terms with the various rules and expectations of the Royal Family.
Meghan said believed some of the protocols were “a joke” when she discussed meeting the Queen for the first time, for lunch at the Royal Lodge in Windsor in 2016. She even compared the occasion to a banquet at Medieval Times, a mediaeval-style restaurant in the US.
