LOOK BACK: Taylor Swift’s furious fans SLAM the Golden Globes and claim the singer was ‘robbed’ of award for her Eras Tour film: ‘They invented a whole new category and she still lost!’😱

The singer, 34, missed out on the inaugural prize for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement to box office megahit Barbie.

Robbie, 33, and director Greta Gerwig, 40, rushed to the stage along with the cast and crew to accept the award – while Swift was a gracious loser as she led the standing ovation.

However her fans were far less forgiving and flooded social media with complaints that Taylor was robbed of a prize, despite claiming it had been ‘invented’ for her.

One tweeted: ‘Golden globes is rigged taylor should have won,’ while another added: ‘I hope Taylor never goes to these FILM INDUSTRY non-worthy award shows. She is more impactful and popular than everyone in that room combined

A third viewer complained: ‘Taylor was robbed at Golden Globe Awards!!! How can you compare a cartoon movie with a global phenomenon?’

Taylor ROBBED,’ said one viewer.

One added: ‘They had to invent a category for Taylor Swift at the Golden Globes and she still lost lmao.’

‘Can’t believe we got robbed of seeing Luke Skywalker presenting Taylor Swift with a Golden Globe,’ one viewer shared.

Another said: ‘Barbie did not deserve the Golden Globe for Cinematic & Box Office Achievement. Taylor deserved that award actually.’

Rushing to the stage with director Greta, Margot said: ‘Thank you. We would like to dedicate this to every single person on the planet who dressed up and went to the greatest place on Earth, the movie theaters.

‘Thank you, and thank you to everybody, all the Barbies and Kens in front of and behind the screen.

‘It was the greatest most joyful show of craftsmanship and passion I’ve ever seen.

🚨 BREAKING: The former president is facing renewed pressure after Ted Lieu publicly raised fresh questions surrounding the handling of materials connected to Jeffrey Epstein. During remarks that quickly spread online, Lieu stopped short of making direct legal accusations but pointed to what he described as gaps, inconsistencies, and unanswered issues that deserve transparency. The framing was deliberate—focused on oversight and public accountability rather than sensational claims—yet the impact was immediate. This isn’t a courtroom ruling—it’s a political spotlight moment. When a member of Congress calls for deeper scrutiny, it can reignite conversations that never fully disappeared. 🚨 U.S.–CANADA WATER TENSIONS? OTTAWA SIGNALS SOVEREIGNTY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE 💧🇨🇦🇺🇸 Amid ongoing trade and resource discussions, speculation surfaced about U.S. interest in expanded access to Canadian water resources. Canadian officials responded clearly: water sovereignty is not on the table. Ottawa emphasized that freshwater management is tied to national security, environmental policy, and long-term climate planning — and would not be subject to external control. While no formal proposal for “control” has been confirmed, the exchange highlights how strategic resources are becoming more sensitive in cross-border negotiations. For Canada, the message was firm: core natural assets remain a domestic decision. Full story 👇
