Kate Middleton sends “strongly worded message” to Taylor Swift after new backstage selfie with Prince William

Taylor Swift grabbed a perfect royal selfie ahead of her Wembley gig – posing with the Prince of Wales and two young music fans, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Kensington Palace posted a picture of the royal trio with the singer backstage before the concert on Friday night.

“Thank you Taylor Swift for a great evening!” the caption read.

For Prince William, taking his two eldest children to the hottest show in town was a way to earn maximum dad points on his 42nd birthday. It was a busy birthday week as he had just flown in from Germany, where he attended England’s Euro 2024 match with Denmark the previous evening.

A photo of the Prince of Wales and his children has been released alongside a special message to mark his 42nd birthday from Catherine, Princess of Wales.

The picture showed the prince leaping into the air with the three young royals – Prince George, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte.

An accompanying message signed by Catherine read: “Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much!”

A similar picture was posted alongside a Father’s Day message earlier this week. That photo was taken at Norfolk beach.

The newly released photo was also taken by the princess in Norfolk last month. Earlier this month, the family attended the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony, which celebrated King Charles III’s official birthday.

It was the first time Catherine – who continues to receive chemotherapy to treat her cancer – had appeared at a formal public event this year.
Days before the event, the princess released an update on her recovery, saying in a statement that she was making “good progress” and her treatment would continue for another few months.

I am not out of the woods yet,” she said, adding that there had been “good days and bad days”. The King is also being treated for an unspecified cancer and only made a return to public duties at the end of April.

On Thursday, Prince William attended England’s Euro 2024 match against Denmark in Germany. He was pictured alongside Denmark’s King Frederick in the Frankfurt stadium where the 1-1 draw was played.

When a state takes a public stand involving federal agencies, the ripple effects go far beyond property access. 🚨 BREAKING: It wasn’t a quiet gathering — it was a surge of voices that quickly drew national attention. Large-scale protests calling for impeachment have erupted in multiple locations, placing renewed political pressure on Donald Trump as demonstrators demand accountability. Notably, organizers framed the events around constitutional process rather than partisan spectacle. While some critics describe the demonstrations as politically motivated, participants insist their concerns center on governance and oversight. Analysts say the scale and coordination of the protests — more than any single slogan — is what has intensified the conversation. This wasn’t just about turnout — it was about momentum. In today’s political climate, sustained public demonstrations often signal broader undercurrents within the electorate. As images circulate and reactions ripple across media platforms, many are watching closely to see whether these protests translate into formal action — or remain a powerful symbolic statement. 👇
