In Photos: Connor McDavid’s wife Lauren Kyle spends quality time with her mother at luxury Amangiri Resort

Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid’s spouse, Lauren Kyle, enjoyed a scenic getaway with her mother at the luxury Amangiri Resort in Utah. The mother-daughter duo spent quality time together indulging in relaxing activities, including outdoor yoga, amid the breathtaking desert setting around the resort.

On Sunday, Lauren Kyle posted a series of pictures on her Instagram stories. She shared a snap of an outdoor lounge area featuring earth-toned furniture and a small wooden coffee table, overlooking the desert landscape of Amangiri.

“Back at my favourite place,” Lauren wrote in the caption.

She posted a mirror selfie from her hotel room, dressed in a stylish black cropped top and dark pants. Another click showed a cozy setup on a lounge chair outdoors with a view of the pool area.

There was what appeared to be a long pool with a lantern by the edge in another click with the natural rock formations of Amangiri. She also shared a snap of her closet setup while at the resort, including neutral-toned clothing, stylish bags, heels and boots.

In a short clip, Lauren and her mom walked along the rugged, red-rock landscape around Amangiri. She wrote in the caption:

She posted one click of the landscape with a yoga mat on the ground outdoors. In another picture, Lauren Kyle and her mother posed together on the rocky desert terrain. Lauren’s mother dressed in all-white, while Lauren sported a darker gym outfit.

“Mama,” she wrote in the caption with a bear emoji.

Connor McDavid’s better half then posted one picture where the two ladies sat on their yoga mats, meditating. Lauren also posted a mirror selfie in her gym gear back in her hotel room.

While she is off vacying at Amagiri with her mother, Lauren Kyle did not miss the Edmonton Oilers’ Sunday clash against the Detroit Red Wings. She tuned in to Connor McDavid’s matchup on a laptop and posted a snap on her Instagram.

McDavid logged two assists in the Oilers’ 3-2 overtime victory over the Red Wings. After a rare scoreless game against the Pittsburgh Penguins, McDavid set up both of Leon Draisaitl’s goals, including the overtime winner.

Connor McDavid also contributed four shots and one hit and finished with a plus-3 rating in 22:49 of ice time. With 10 points (three goals) in nine games, the 27-year-old star remains tied for the team lead in points. Next up, they will face the Columbus Blue Jackets at the Nationwide Arena on Monday.
