Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid has had an eventful off-season following the Stanley Cup final. He tied the knot with his longtime partner, Lauren Kyle, in the last week of July.

On Saturday, McDavid and his wife attended the birthday bash of former Oilers teammate Warren Foegele’s fiance, Alexandra Servos. Lauren posted a series of pictures on her Instagram story from Alexandra’s birthday celebration.
“Celebrating our girl @alexandraservos,” Lauren Kyle captioned one of the pictures.

Lauren dressed in a pink two-piece skirt-set while McDavid wore a beige suit jacket and matching pants.

Warren Foegele signed with the Los Angeles Kings this off-season after becoming an unrestricted free agent. Earlier this year, in February, Foegele proposed to his girlfriend and they have been engaged ever since.

Alexandra Servos is a Queen’s University graduate and has worked in the corporate sector for quite some time. Foegele and Servos have been together prior to his career in the NHL.

The McDavids got married on July 27 in a private ceremony in Ontario. While the event was attended by their close friends and top celebrities, the official photos of the wedding have remained undisclosed to the public

Last week, Lauren teased the release of the full wedding album in a short Instagram story. She reposted their wedding planner Kristin D’Angelo’s post on her own story with an added note:

The best team!! Can’t wait.”
In the original post, D’Angelo had written:
“Can’t wait to share everything from the last two weeks with the best of the best

It is assumed that the post essentially referred to the official wedding photos from the Ontario event. However, the couple are yet to address the inside look into their wedding to the public.Meanwhile, the McDavids have been busy since their wedding event. They took the opportunity to celebrate close friends Leon Draisaitl and his fiancee Celeste Desjardins’ engagement in person with a double date and golf trip.

Celebrating these two finally,” Lauren Kyle wrote in the caption of the picture.
Leon Draisaitl and Celeste Desjardins got engaged last month in Mallorca, Spain. The couple’s close friends and family were present on the occasion, including Draisaitl’s parents. It was originally intended to be a surprise for Celeste, who was visibly overjoyed to see the whole party gather for her on their special day.

🚨 BREAKING: The former president is facing renewed pressure after Ted Lieu publicly raised fresh questions surrounding the handling of materials connected to Jeffrey Epstein. During remarks that quickly spread online, Lieu stopped short of making direct legal accusations but pointed to what he described as gaps, inconsistencies, and unanswered issues that deserve transparency. The framing was deliberate—focused on oversight and public accountability rather than sensational claims—yet the impact was immediate. This isn’t a courtroom ruling—it’s a political spotlight moment. When a member of Congress calls for deeper scrutiny, it can reignite conversations that never fully disappeared. Now the key question: will this lead to formal action—or simply intensify the debate already unfolding in public view? 👇👇

🚨 U.S.–CANADA WATER TENSIONS? OTTAWA SIGNALS SOVEREIGNTY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE 💧🇨🇦🇺🇸 Amid ongoing trade and resource discussions, speculation surfaced about U.S. interest in expanded access to Canadian water resources. Canadian officials responded clearly: water sovereignty is not on the table. Ottawa emphasized that freshwater management is tied to national security, environmental policy, and long-term climate planning — and would not be subject to external control. While no formal proposal for “control” has been confirmed, the exchange highlights how strategic resources are becoming more sensitive in cross-border negotiations. For Canada, the message was firm: core natural assets remain a domestic decision. Full story 👇
