Patrick and Brittany Mahomes turned a $400,000 eight-acre lot into a palatial estate fit for a king — the king of Kansas City, that is.

Patrick signed a 10-year, $450 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs and used part of the money to purchase the land the following month.

I actually decided to get the land, to get ready to build that right, when I signed my contract here in Kansas City,” the NFL star said on Netflix’s “Quarterback.” “I signed a 10-year extension … because I knew I wanted to be here.”

So right when I did that, I was like, ‘I’m gonna be here I might as well build the exact house I want.”

The home,features a state-of-the-art home gym, an indoor basketball court, a massive fish tank, a movie theater and, of course, a trophy case.

Their sleek, contemporary kitchen is complete with black cabinetry, a white and gray marbled island, chrome hardware and matching state-of-the-art appliances.

Although the exact square footage of the home is unknown, aerial shots of the estate indicate that it has enough space for their family of four and plenty of guests — including BFFs Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
Yet that’s just the inside. The couple also installed a massive pool and hot tub, a private pond, a par-3 golf hole and a 50-yard football field, which features the Mahomes’ logo in the middle and their last name spelled out in the end zone.
