Video:Brittany Mahomes isn’t letting pregnancy stop her from getting in her workouts!
The 29-year-old posted a video on her Instagram Stories of herself doing squats during a vigorous exercise routine in the gym while showing off her baby bump in workout gear.
“Happy wednesday! Still squatting my life away🙂,” Brittany wrote over the clip. “Get ya movement in today🔥.”
In the video, Brittany, who is expecting her third baby with husband Patrick Mahomes, could be seen in a gym squatting low to the ground in repeated motions as her hands gripped onto a barbell resting on her shoulders with large weights on either end.
The camera panned around her as she performed the exercise to reveal her baby bump in a cut-out sports bra with high-rise leggings.
In an earlier Boomerang clip shared on her Stories, Brittany could be seen taking a mirror selfie in the gym while smiling with her hand on her hip in her workout gear.
Brittany and Patrick, also 29, announced they were expecting their third child, a baby girl, in a video shared on Instagram on July 12. The couple is already parents to a daughter Sterling, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze”, who turns 2 on Nov. 28.
Brittany has continued her gym workouts throughout her pregnancy and has documented the training sessions on her social media.
On Oct. 2, the Kansas City Current co-owner reposted a video of herself working out again in the gym doing standing bicep curls on a cable machine and barbell bicep curls, followed by a series of more barbell squats.

In another video she reposted on Oct. 21, the former soccer player performed a glute kickback in the gym using a cable machine.
Brittany’s latest workout post comes after she shared an adorable clip of her daughter Sterling decorating a small pink Christmas tree ahead of the festive holiday on Nov. 20.
In the clip, the toddler carefully dressed the ornament in sparkly silver tinsel while matching in pink pajamas. Brittany also posted a cute photo of her son Bronze smiling while holding a gold ribbon roll in front of a green Christmas tree.
