Selena Gomez Praises Taylor Swift as a Potential Source of Marriage Advice
Selena Gomez has given fans another glimpse into her longtime friendship with Taylor Swift, sharing warm comments about the pop superstar and their experiences as married women.
According to a report published by People, Gomez spoke about Swift during the Rare Impact Fund Benefit in Los Angeles on October 14, 2026. She suggested that Swift might be better at giving marriage advice than she is.
The comments have drawn attention because the two entertainers have maintained a close friendship for nearly two decades, supporting each other through different stages of their personal and professional lives.
A Friendship That Has Lasted for Years
Gomez and Swift’s friendship dates back to their teenage years. Over the years, both singers have celebrated important milestones together and spoken warmly about their bond.
Their friendship has remained a popular topic among fans, particularly as both have entered new chapters in their personal lives.
Gomez married music producer Benny Blanco in September 2025, while Swift married NFL star Travis Kelce in July 2026, according to the report.
Fans Continue to Celebrate Their Bond
Beyond their successful careers, the singers’ longstanding friendship continues to attract interest from entertainment fans.
Gomez’s remarks offer another example of the affection she has expressed toward Swift publicly. However, her comments should not be interpreted as evidence of any private relationship problem or controversy.
